Menu Plan March 8 - 12

After a overnight trip away, I'm feeling slightly tired and refreshed and ready to face another busy week! We took a little trip to Saint John, stayed in a beautiful hotel (with a pool!) and really reconnected as a family. We also visited two friends of mine and their families. It was so nice to see these ladies and their gorgeous/handsome babes! So nice to catch up.

Here is the plan for this week:

Monday: Mashed potatoes, baked haddock and peas
Tuesday: Southwest Layered Salad
Wednesday: Basil Tortellini Soup
Thursday: Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken Sandwiches and homemade, baked french fries
Friday: Leftovers and/or Homemade mini pizzas
